Five of our students from Valley Christian High School organized and hosted a chapel, sharing about the history and culture of the Pine Ridge Reservation to around 1.4K students and faculty. We were also honored to host Mr. Abram Neumann, the founder of the homeless shelter, Iglutheca, to speak about the Lakota value of kinship, as well as VCHS alumni Madison and Viviana Diaz for performing the fancy Shawl dance and sharing about how their culture empowers them.
